The masterplan organises 11 multi-family residences around the central winding boulevard, connecting both the new development and the existing urban fabric to the new public green.

The volume and massing of the villa-apartments and apartment buildings shows a varying height and scale in relation to the parc and boulevard. With a strong focus on the green image of the new neighbourhood, the architecture uses natural materials and colours, and is both compact and durable.
