The first phase, Pharos, consists of the redevelopment of the west dock, consisting of three residential buildings on a shared plinth. The plinth serves as a protection for storms, and houses a diverse program and amenities.

The three buildings of Pharos are architecturally defined through the horizontal layering of white terraces, which allow the residents an unobstructed sea, dune and harbour view. These large outdoor spaces, most important to the quality of living on the coast, have a varying and playful shape.
